Every year we have the passion wood to remember and honor what Jesus sacrificed for us

300 double unders (600 singles) symbolizes the whipping Jesus received
800 meter barbell backtrack carry (95/65) symbolizes Jesus carrying his cross
100 burpees symbolizes the death , and then the resurrection ...the fall , and then the rise again
