We offer our regular session CrossFit Classes on top of added benefits like weightlifting, power lifting sessions, CrossFit kids classes and more.

 
 

Regular CrossFit Class Times

Monday: 5a, 6a, 9a, 4:30p, 5:30p & 6:30p
Tuesday: 5a, 6a, 9a, 5:30p & 6:30p
Wednesday: 5a, 6a, 9a, 4:30p, 5:30p & 6:30p
Thursday: 5a, 6a, 9a, 5:30p & 6:30p
Friday: 5a, 6a, 9a, 4:30p, 5:30p
Saturday: 9a
Sunday: 1-3p Open Gym

Saturdays
9 am

Saturday funday! These classes can be paired by partner workouts, group sessions or even sometimes individual classes. Depending on our mood, our programming is open to a world of freedom on Saturdays.

*3pm class Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs. Suspended during the summer. We will start that up again in the fall 2019.

LIFE Class Times

Monday, Wednesday & Friday
8am – 9am

LIFE Class stands for Longevity in Functional Efficiency.

These bootcamp classes includes low impact version of Crossfit using body weight and low weight levels.


Weightlifting Classes

Tuesday
6:30pm

Thursday
5:30pm

This class offers weightlifting instruction, bracing/core work, stability, symmetry and conditioning for weightlifting.

Sunday
1pm – 2pm

Welcome to your perfect Sunday break workout. Don’t have a lot going on and want to work on getting better at something or in for a quick WOD? Here’s your chance.

 

All Sports Program - 2019

Stay tune for 2020 schedule

Provides an off season strength & conditioning program to local athletes or students looking to take their fitness to the next level.

Ingrain in the athletes the importance of proper form and technique to prevent injury, which will lead to sustainable progress both inside and outside of the gym.

Produce measurable results by the end of the summer in power, strength, speed, mobility and endurance that will transfer over to the athletes respective sports, putting them ahead of their competition.

5:20-5:50 pm • 5-8 years olds

5:50-6:30 pm • 8-12 year olds

Kiddos learn how to pair fitness with fun, which is essential in promoting a lifetime of fitness.
