Services Offered:
ASTYM/IASTM- Myofascial and soft tissue mobilization with use of tools to release scar tissue, adhesions, and fascial restrictions. Used to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Dry Needling- The use of a thin needle to penetrate the skin in myofascial trigger points and muscular tissue to decrease pain and improve mobility.
Cupping- The use of cups to create suction to facilitate increased blood circulation to an injured area to promote soft tissue healing and decreased pain.
Pelvic Floor Therapy (sorry, this is only done in our Kalida office)- Therapy to target strengthening and relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles, ligaments, and connective tissue. Used to assist women with post-partum recovery, urinary incontinence or leakage, pelvic prolapse, and pain with sex. Pelvic floor therapy done by Jenna Maag.
