FINISHER TABATA, 8 SETS :20 ON /:10 OFF* MOVT 1 -- DB Hammer Curl MOVT 2 -- DB Bent Over Row *Choose a weight that you can hold onto for all 4:00. Try to go unbroken.

SCALING *REPS, LOADING, VOLUME*… Newer & Deconditioned -- Look to scale down the intensity by turning down the volume and loading today. Row as many meters at a moderately fast pace for 1:50, hold a moderate pair of weights, and work the jump rope skill and slightly lower volume of push ups if necessary (2 sets max)

*MOVEMENT ADJUSTMENTS*... Row -- Sub for a 400m run or possibly bike for max cals within 1:50. Goal is to hustle for the best score on the monostructural effort. Suitcase Carry -- Sub for suitcase hold if walking with weight is out of question. Option to scale up to front rack holds with KB/DB/BB for an added challenge!
