Below is a post from Josh Bunch at Practice CrossFit. Josh is the reason I began CrossFitting and the reason why I now have opened CrossFit Crave. This article may make you cry, it may make you pissed off, but I hope it inspires. It made me feel even more gratitude towards Josh because now I have my own CF box and now I have many of my family CrossFitting and eating good with me so I can share many more days with them.

In two days its my birthday. Two days ago my Dad died. Today I opened a birthday card followed by a “Sincerest Condolences” card.
I write this before the wound heals, and it may not be clear or prophetic. It may not even make sense. But he was my Dad and I know the way he lived will help someone someday as long as I get this on paper when all I want to do is anything but. When all I want to do is end the pain.
